WHOOP offers a 30-day return policy for a full refund of the Initial Membership Fee, less return shipping costs, if the device is returned within 30 days of receipt. For free trials, cancellation and device return must be initiated within the 1-month trial period and returned within 7-14 days of requesting the label to avoid charges. If a monthly membership is canceled within a 12-month commitment, members may need to pay off the remaining months or schedule cancellation for the end of the commitment period, with no prorated refunds for the current term. If canceling a monthly plan outside of a commitment, cancellation can occur anytime before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Refunds for engraved WHOOP sensors do not include the engraving cost.
