Allure Beauty Box Cancellation Issue:
I called ABB the last week of June to cancel my subscription. The CSR told me there was no active subscription, so nothing for me to cancel. I even confirmed by saying I’d have to call to reinstate it, bc that was the time they were transitioning to the new website which we all know was a mess. Cue
