How to Cancel — Step by Step

  1. 1Click on your workspace name in the top left corner of the application.
  2. 2Select 'Workspace Settings' from the menu.
  3. 3Navigate to the 'Plans' section.
  4. 4Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the 'Cancel' button.
  5. 5Follow all the subsequent on-screen prompts to finalize the cancellation.

Reactivating Your Account

  • To reverse a pending cancellation, you must email support at hey@jasper.ai.
  • If you have paused your plan, you can resume it by clicking the 'resume plan' button in the Plans tab.

Additional Notes

  • Cancellations are scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle, and you can continue to use the service until that date.
  • If you cannot find the 'Cancel' button in your settings, you should contact support at hey@jasper.ai for assistance.
  • Instead of canceling, you have the option to pause your plan for 30, 60, or 90 days.
