How to Cancel — Step by Step

  1. 1Log in to your Skillshare account on a desktop or mobile web browser.
  2. 2Go to your Account Settings.
  3. 3Select 'Membership & Payments' from the left navigation menu.
  4. 4Click 'Cancel membership'.
  5. 5Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation.

Billed Through a Third Party?

  • If you subscribed through the iOS App Store or Google Play, you must cancel your membership through the respective app store.
  • Skillshare cannot cancel, refund, or manage memberships purchased through the iOS App Store or Google Play.

Reactivating Your Account

  • You can renew your membership at any time after cancellation.
  • If you choose to sign back up, your new billing date will be the day you paid.

Additional Notes

  • After canceling, you will retain access to Skillshare content until the end of your current paid period.
  • Once your membership expires, you will lose access to classes and any downloadable materials.
  • To cancel a Skillshare for Teams account, you need to contact teamhelp@skillshare.com or your dedicated Customer Success Manager.
