  1. 1Select the 3 horizontal lines in the upper left corner (website) or the Account icon in the upper right corner (app).
  2. 2Select Your Instacart+ Membership (website) or Settings > Your Instacart+ membership (app).
  3. 3Under Manage your membership, select Cancel membership.
  4. 4Select Continue to cancel.
  5. 5Select your reason for leaving from the dropdown list.
  6. 6Select End on [date].

Reactivating Your Account

  • You can return to the membership page and select 'Renew membership' at any time to become an Instacart+ member again.

Additional Notes

  • You will receive an email confirming your cancellation; check your spam folder if you cannot find it.
  • You can set up a reminder to be sent 3 days before the membership renews.
