How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1Select the 3 horizontal lines in the upper left corner (website) or the Account icon in the upper right corner (app).
- 2Select Your Instacart+ Membership (website) or Settings > Your Instacart+ membership (app).
- 3Under Manage your membership, select Cancel membership.
- 4Select Continue to cancel.
- 5Select your reason for leaving from the dropdown list.
- 6Select End on [date].
Reactivating Your Account
- You can return to the membership page and select 'Renew membership' at any time to become an Instacart+ member again.
Additional Notes
- You will receive an email confirming your cancellation; check your spam folder if you cannot find it.
