Billed Through a Third Party?

  • If purchased from a third-party retailer such as Amazon, Best Buy, or Harvey Norman, contact them directly to manage your subscription and billing.
  • If purchased from Google Play or the Apple App Store, contact their customer support for cancellation or refund.

Additional Notes

  • If you see 'Turn on recurring billing', your subscription is already set to expire on the date shown, and you can continue to use the product until that date; no further action is needed.
  • Make sure you're signed in with the same Microsoft personal account that purchased Microsoft 365.
