How to Cancel — Step by Step

  1. 1Complete verification on your account if you have not already.
  2. 2Navigate to your Account Settings.
  3. 3Click on the 'Payment and plan' tab.
  4. 4Select 'I want to end my subscription'.
  5. 5Click 'No thanks, I still want to cancel.' If you have a monthly subscription, you may be offered to pause it first.
