How to Cancel — Step by Step

  1. 1Sign into your account on the Les Mills+ website.
  2. 2In the top right corner, hover over your profile bubble and select MY ACCOUNT from the drop-down menu.
  3. 3In the Subscription Details section, select CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.
  4. 4Follow the prompts and answer the questions regarding your cancellation.
  5. 5Select CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION at the bottom of the pop-up to confirm.
  6. 6A confirmation screen will appear indicating how long you will have access.

Billed Through a Third Party?

  • If you signed up through a Reseller partner where the billing is through them, you must cancel through the company that you originally signed up with.
  • If you have signed up through an In-App Purchase via Google, Amazon, Apple, or Roku, then you must cancel through that same platform.

PSA in case you are thinking of cancelling your Les Mills membership - despite the reception saying it takes "2 days to cancel" , you will still get charged to the end of the month

Basically you get charged on the 1st of the month and they don't offer any refunds.
