How to Cancel — Step by Step

  1. 1Log in to your account on Life360.com.
  2. 2Click on 'Manage Membership'.
  3. 3Select 'Cancel Subscription' and follow the prompts.

Billed Through a Third Party?

  • For subscriptions made via Google Play: Open the Google Play app, tap your Profile Icon, go to 'Payments & subscriptions', select Life360, and tap 'Cancel Subscription'.
  • For subscriptions made via Apple's App Store: Open the App Store app, tap your name, tap on 'Subscriptions', select Life360, and tap 'Cancel Subscription'.
  • If you cannot find the option to cancel, another member of your 'Circle' may be the one who subscribed. That person will need to follow the cancellation steps from their account.

Additional Notes

  • Deleting your account or the Life360 app does not cancel your membership subscription.
  • The subscription is linked to the account of the family member who created it, and only that person can cancel it.
