  1. 1Identify where you originally subscribed, because MGM+ says subscriptions must be managed through the service used for signup.
  2. 2If you subscribed directly with MGM+, sign in at MGMplus.com and open the profile or subscription section to update or manage the plan.
  3. 3If you subscribed through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, Roku, or a TV/digital provider, open that provider's subscriptions or memberships settings and cancel there.
  4. 4Cancel at least 24 hours before a free trial ends to avoid being charged.

Billed Through a Third Party?

  • Amazon Prime Video Channels, Apple TV Channels, Roku, Sling, Fubo, YouTube TV, and traditional TV providers must be managed through those providers.
  • App-store subscriptions can be managed through Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Additional Notes

  • MGM+ says it cannot manage digital channel provider subscriptions on your behalf.
