Reactivating Your Account

You can reactivate your cancelled membership at your local club or by emailing Concierge@Equinox.com.

Additional Notes

Notice periods for cancellation vary by state, and in some states, there may be additional cancellation methods available; please review your Membership Agreement for requirements specific to your Membership.
If you are going on an extended vacation or unable to use the club for a brief period, freezing your membership is recommended instead of cancelling.
Equinox reserves the right to cancel, revoke, or suspend your membership for any violation of the Equinox Policies.
Late cancellation (less than 24-hours' notice) or no-show for a personal training Session results in being charged the full cost of the Session.
All personal training Sessions expire upon the termination of your membership or six (6) months after the date of purchase of the sessions, whichever comes earlier, unless prohibited by law or a different expiration date is expressly stated in writing by Equinox.
Turn off auto-renew to avoid future session replenishments in your Membership & Billing settings.
