How to Cancel — Step by Step

  3. 3From the dropdown menu, select "My Subscription".
  4. 4On the "My Subscription" page, locate your Ubisoft+ subscription and select "Cancel Membership".

Billed Through a Third Party?

  • If you subscribed to Ubisoft+ through other platform stores (e.g., Microsoft Store, PlayStation Store, Steam, Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon Luna), you must cancel your subscription directly on that respective platform.

Reactivating Your Account

  • After cancellation, the "Cancel Membership" option will be replaced with a "Re-Activate Ubisoft+" option.
  • Selecting "Re-Activate Ubisoft+" will stop your cancellation request, and your membership will be renewed at the end of the current subscription period.
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time until the end of your current billing cycle.

Additional Notes

  • You will continue to have access to Ubisoft+ until the end of the subscription period for which you have paid, and you will not be charged again after your last payment.

Upon launch I purchased the r6 membership for the battle pass and instant rewards instead of buying the battle pass alone like I usually do. There is absolutely no way to cancel Ubisoft Plus.

Ubisoft is just screwing anyone who wants to cancel their subscriptions. The website and the app UI are horrendous, all the links are just hyperlinking to different Ubisoft websites. Holy hell, I am not subscribing to anything that is Ubisoft related after this.
