How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager.
- 2Select 'Products & billing', then select your company name to go to your subscription page.
- 3Find the product you wish to cancel and select 'Cancel'.
- 4Follow the on-screen steps to confirm your cancellation.
Billed Through a Third Party?
- If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, you must cancel it through the App Store.
- If you purchased your subscription through the Google Play Store, you must cancel it through the Google Play Store.
Reactivating Your Account
- If you are within the billing period you last paid for, you can select 'Resume subscription' on the subscription page. If you are outside of that period, you must resubscribe from the website.
Additional Notes
- After canceling your QuickBooks Online subscription, you will have read-only access to your data for one year.
- If your account is suspended, you must resubscribe and reactivate it before you can cancel.
- Your subscription will be automatically canceled after three failed attempts to charge your payment method.
