Billed Through a Third Party?

  • Hims & Hers subscriptions are sold directly — they are not available through Apple App Store or Google Play billing.
  • If you used a flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) card, cancellation still follows the same process through your Hims/Hers account.
  • Some Hims products are available on Amazon as one-time purchases (not subscriptions) — these do not require subscription cancellation.

Reactivating Your Account

  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting a new plan.
  • Your medical consultation history and provider notes are retained in your account.
  • If you reactivate after an extended period, a new telehealth consultation may be required before prescriptions are renewed.
  • Hims may send promotional emails with discount offers after cancellation to encourage resubscription.

Additional Notes

  • You must cancel at least 48 hours before your next order processing date — orders already in processing cannot be stopped or refunded.
  • Cancelling your subscription does NOT cancel an order that is already being processed or has shipped.
  • Subscription pricing varies by treatment: hair loss starts at ~$15/month (minoxidil), ED starts at ~$2/dose (generic sildenafil), and treatment bundles range from $35–$85/month.
  • All telehealth consultations are free and included with your subscription.
  • Free standard shipping is included on all orders.
  • HSA and FSA payments are accepted for eligible treatments.
  • Phone support: (800) 368-0038. Email: support@forhims.com (Hims) or support@forhers.com (Hers).
  • Hims & Hers is a telehealth platform — you are cancelling both the product subscription and the ongoing care relationship with your provider.
  • If your medication has already shipped, do not use it after cancellation unless directed by your provider.
