Additional Notes

  • Only a billing owner, admin, or super admin can cancel the subscription for a paid organization, division, or workspace.
  • For subscriptions with manual invoicing, the billing owner, admin, or super admin must contact the billing department through the 'Billing' tab in the admin console to cancel.
  • If you cancel a trial, you will still have access to paid features for the remainder of the trial period.

Beware of the asana rebel app! It’s a scam. It’s total garbage. You can’t cancel and you will keep getting charged without your authorization. And customer service will not help you!

Warning it's a Nightmare to cancel Asana

It took me six months to get my Asana cancellation done. Every month I'd go in and cancel and think it was done and then I would have another credit card charge.
