Billed Through a Third Party?

  • If you subscribed using an External Service (e.g., Apple ID, Google Play), you must cancel through that External Service.
  • Apple handles refunds for subscriptions made through your Apple ID.
  • Google handles refunds for subscriptions made through Google Play.

Additional Notes

  • Uninstalling or deleting the app will NOT cancel your subscription.
  • Subscriptions can only be associated with one Tinder account at a time.
  • If you've changed devices (e.g., from iOS to Android), you must cancel your subscription on your old device as subscriptions do not transfer between platforms.
  • After canceling, you will be able to use the subscribed service until the end of your then-current subscription term, and the subscription will not renew.
  • Canceling your subscription does not retroactively refund previous subscription payments, and previously charged fees cannot be prorated based on the cancellation date.

Can’t upgrade tinder subscription

I got tinder plus as a reward of having premium membership in Revolut. Shortly after I upgraded my Revolut to Ultra membership and my reward was also upgraded to Gold. When I tried to redeem it I get an error that I can’t apply the new subscription because I already have an active subscription.
