How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1Log in to your Match.com account on a computer.
- 2Click on the gear icon for 'My account settings'.
- 3Select 'Manage my subscription'.
- 4Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.
- 5You should receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is successful.
Billed Through a Third Party?
- If you subscribed through Apple, you must cancel your subscription through Apple.
- If you subscribed using your Google Play Store account, you must cancel through the Google Play Store. Go to 'My subscriptions' in the Play Store, find the Match.com subscription, and click 'Manage' then 'Cancel Subscription'.
Additional Notes
- Canceling your subscription will stop future auto-renewal, but you will have access to the service for the remainder of your paid term.
- It is recommended to cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
- Cancelling the subscription does not delete your profile.
