How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1Log in to your Nord Account on the NordVPN website.
- 2Navigate to the 'Billing' section from the left-hand menu.
- 3In the 'Subscriptions' tab, find the 'Auto-renewal' section and click 'Cancel' or 'Manage'.
- 4Confirm your choice by clicking 'Cancel auto-renewal'.
- 5Your subscription's auto-renewal will now be turned off, and you can use the service until the end of the current billing period.
- 6To request a refund within the 30-day money-back guarantee period, you must contact NordVPN's customer support via email at support@nordvpn.com or through live chat on their support page.
Billed Through a Third Party?
- If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, you must cancel and request a refund directly through Apple's support as NordVPN cannot process these refunds.
- For subscriptions made via the Google Play Store, you can cancel within your Google Play account's 'Payments & subscriptions' section. Refunds can be requested through NordVPN support, or directly from Google Play if within 48 hours of purchase.
- For purchases made through the Amazon App Store, you need to contact Amazon support directly to cancel and request a refund.
- If you bought NordVPN from other retailers or resellers, you must contact them directly for cancellations and refunds.
