How to Cancel — Step by Step

  1. 1Log in to your Ting Mobile account at Tingmobile.com.
  2. 2Select 'Account Settings' from the menu on the left.
  3. 3Scroll to the 'manage services' section.
  4. 4Choose 'Port out or cancel Mobile service'.
  5. 5Click 'No thanks. Cancel my account.'
  6. 6Fill out the cancellation survey.

Reactivating Your Account
