How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1Sign in to your Skills account.
- 2Click your avatar in the navigation menu and then click Account settings.
- 3Click the Subscription & Billing tab.
- 4Click Cancel.
- 5Click Yes, cancel my plan.
- 6Click Confirm cancellation.
Billed Through a Third Party?
- If you purchased a subscription through Google Play, you must manage it through your Google Play account.
- If you purchased a subscription through Apple, you must manage it through the Settings app on your iOS device, the App Store on a macOS device, or iTunes on a Windows PC.
Reactivating Your Account
- To restart your subscription, sign in to your Skills account, go to the 'Subscription & Billing' tab in your Account settings, and click 'Resubscribe' or 'Upgrade now'.
- If you resubscribe after a previous cancellation, Pluralsight cannot honor past pricing or discounts.
Additional Notes
- Canceling your subscription is not the same as deleting your account. Your learning history, certificates, and other data will be saved.
- If you cancel a free trial, your access to paid content and features will end immediately.
- For team plans, an administrator must contact their Pluralsight account team to request cancellation 30 days before the renewal date.
