How to Cancel — Step by Step

- 2For in-studio memberships: visit your home studio's front desk and request cancellation in writing — ask for a written or emailed confirmation.
- 3For online memberships: contact your local studio via phone or email to request cancellation, or complete the studio's online cancellation form if available.
- 4For Xponential+ digital memberships: log in to your XPLUS account on a web browser → go to User Profile → click 'Info' or 'Account' → go to the 'Membership' tab → request cancellation.
- 5If you subscribed to Xponential+ through the Apple App Store, cancel via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → XPLUS → Cancel.
- 6Wait for a confirmation email or written receipt verifying your cancellation date and that no further charges will apply.
Billed Through a Third Party?
- If you subscribed to Xponential+ (Pure Barre On Demand) via Apple App Store: cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings — the Pure Barre app cannot process App Store cancellations directly.
- If subscribed via Google Play: open Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → XPLUS → Cancel.
- ClassPass or other third-party booking platforms: cancel your Pure Barre package through that platform, not through Pure Barre directly.
- If you don't remember how you signed up for Xponential+, use the live chat support at the bottom-right corner of the XPLUS website.
Reactivating Your Account
