How to Cancel — Step by Step

  1. 1Open the Visible app on your device.
  2. 2Tap the Profile icon, then select My account at the top of the screen.
  3. 3Choose Manage my membership, scroll to the bottom and tap Cancel membership, then follow the on‑screen prompts to confirm.

Reactivating Your Account

  • Open the Visible app.
  • On the Profile page, tap Unlock all‑day data.
  • Select a new plan (Monthly or Annual) and complete checkout to start a new membership.

Additional Notes

  • Your membership remains active until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation, so you can continue using service until that date.
  • Membership cannot be paused; to take a break you must cancel and later purchase a new membership if desired.
  • Membership management (including cancellation) is only available in the app; the website does not provide these controls.
