How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1For direct DAZN subscriptions via web browser: Go to www.dazn.com and sign in.
- 2Select 'My Account' from the menu and then 'Subscription'.
- 3Select 'Cancel subscription' and then 'Confirm cancellation'.
- 4You will receive an email confirming your cancellation.
- 5If subscribed through Apple (iOS/Apple TV): Access 'My Account' in the DAZN app (iOS) or Settings > Accounts > Subscriptions > Manage Subscriptions (Apple TV) and cancel via the iTunes Store link.
- 6If subscribed through Amazon (Fire Stick, Fire TV): Sign in to the Amazon website, go to 'Memberships & Subscriptions', find DAZN, select 'Manage', and deselect 'Auto-renew this subscription'.
- 7If subscribed through Android: Open the Google Play Store, tap Menu > Account > Subscriptions, find DAZN, and tap 'cancel'.

Reactivating Your Account
- You can decide to stay with DAZN before your billing cycle ends, and your subscription will resume as normal.

- For monthly plans, a 30-day notice period begins from the day you cancel, during which you will still have access to DAZN.
- A final pro-rated bill will be issued on your next scheduled billing date for monthly plans, covering the remaining days of your notice period.
- Annual plans will continue until the end of their billing cycle even after cancellation.
- Do not cancel your direct debit with DAZN before your final bill for monthly plans.

I am trying to cancel my subscription from the website. There is a point where they say if I want to cancel, I need to call or chat with them. The chat button does not work, and the number I must call is spanish (since thats where I originally bought the subscription), which would cost me a lot sinc
