How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1Log in to your Factor account on a desktop or laptop.
- 2Navigate to the Plan Settings page and scroll to the Status section.
- 3Click “Deactivate My Plan,” choose a reason if prompted, and confirm by clicking “Deactivate Now.”
- 4Alternatively, in the iOS app, open the app, tap the three‑line menu, go to Settings → Personal Information, scroll to “Delete Account,” and follow the prompts to deactivate.
Billed Through a Third Party?
- If you subscribed via the iOS App Store, cancellations must be performed through the Factor app or website; the App Store will not process a refund for the subscription fee.
Reactivating Your Account
- Log in to your Factor account.
- Return to the Plan Settings page.
- Select the option to reactivate or restart your plan and confirm.
Additional Notes
- Cancellations must be made by the weekly cutoff (Wednesday 11:59 pm CT, 5 days before the scheduled delivery) to avoid the next shipment.
- Deactivating the plan pauses all future deliveries indefinitely; you can reactivate at any time without penalty.
