How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1Log in to your FabFitFun account, go to “My Account,” scroll to “Manage Membership,” and click “Cancel Subscription,” then follow the on‑screen instructions.
- 2Send an email to customercare@fabfitfun.com or start a live‑chat session indicating you wish to cancel, and follow the confirmation steps provided by the support team.
- 3Call FabFitFun at 855‑313‑6267, state your intent to cancel, and complete the verification process as instructed.
Reactivating Your Account
- Log in to your account and select the “Reactivate Membership” option on the reactivation page.
- If needed, contact customer care via email, live chat, or phone to have the membership re‑enabled.
Additional Notes
- To avoid any charges, cancel upcoming product orders by 11:59 pm PST the day before the applicable bill date; otherwise the charge will proceed.
- Cancellations made on or after the bill date take effect in the next billing cycle and do not trigger a refund.
- If you return a Seasonal or Annual box after cancelling, you will not be charged for any further boxes.
