How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1Click on your profile picture and select 'Administration'.
- 2Select 'Billing' from the left-hand menu.
- 3If you have a single product, click 'Close my account'. If you have multiple products, find the product you wish to cancel.
- 4Click on the three-dot menu next to the product and choose 'Cancel product'.
- 5Select a reason for cancellation and click 'Cancel product plan'.
- 6Confirm the cancellation by clicking 'Cancel plan renewal'.
Reactivating Your Account
- A canceled plan can be reactivated any time before its end date by selecting 'Reactivate plan' from the product's three-dot menu in the billing section.
Additional Notes
- Only an account administrator can cancel a subscription.
- For existing customers, a 30-day notice before the subscription end date is required to avoid auto-renewal.
- If you paid by wire transfer, you must contact your account manager to cancel.
- After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
