How to Cancel — Step by Step

  1. 1Click on your profile picture and select 'Administration'.
  2. 2Select 'Billing' from the left-hand menu.
  3. 3If you have a single product, click 'Close my account'. If you have multiple products, find the product you wish to cancel.
  4. 4Click on the three-dot menu next to the product and choose 'Cancel product'.
