How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1To cancel online: Log into your Fabletics account on the website, navigate to your profile icon (top right), select 'My Account' or 'VIP Membership', and then look for a 'Cancel Membership' link or option and follow the prompts to confirm.
- 2To cancel by phone: Call Fabletics Customer Service at 1-844-322-5384. The line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Have your account's phone number and login credentials ready.
- 3To cancel via live chat: Go to the 'Help & Contact' or 'Contact Us' section on the Fabletics website, select the 'Live Chat' option, and request to cancel your VIP membership.
- 4To cancel via email: Send an email to support@fabletics.com. Include your VIP membership cancellation request in the subject line and body, along with your subscription details and personal information. Request a cancellation confirmation email for your records.
Additional Notes
- You can cancel your VIP membership at any time.
- To avoid being charged the monthly $59.95 for membership benefits (which includes a Member Credit), you must log into your account and 'Skip the Month' between the 1st and the 5th of each month.
- Unused Member Credits will expire 12 months after purchase.
- After cancelling your VIP membership, you can still shop on the Fabletics site at standard retail prices and redeem any unused VIP Credits.
- Most cancellations are processed instantly when done online or via live chat. Email cancellations may take 1-2 business days.
