You can cancel ButcherBox via online or email or phone. Steps: Log in to your ButcherBox account. Go to your account page and select the menu option for "BOX SETTINGS". Scroll to the bottom, beneath “Subscription Perks,” and click “Delay or stop my subscription." You will be prompted to answer a few questions to complete the cancellation. Additional Notes

You must cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is billed to avoid being charged for that order. Cancellations must be made before 11:59 pm EST the day before your next bill date.
If you cancel your subscription after an order has already been processed, you will still receive and be charged for that order.
