Billed Through a Third Party?

If you subscribed through Apple, Google Play, Roku, Xfinity, or Amazon, you must cancel your subscription directly through that platform.
To check who manages your subscription, log in to the Daily Burn website and go to Account > Subscription & Billing.
For subscriptions through an employer or healthcare provider, you must email support@dailyburn.com to cancel.

Additional Notes

You cannot cancel a subscription from within the Daily Burn app; you must use a web browser.
Deleting the Daily Burn app will not cancel your subscription.
After canceling, you will have access to the service for the remainder of your current paid period.
