How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1Using a browser or the Figma desktop app, locate your Professional team in the file browser sidebar.
- 2Click on 'Admin'.
- 3Select the 'Settings' tab.
- 4In the 'Plan' section, click 'Cancel plan'.
- 5Select a reason for cancellation and confirm by clicking 'Cancel plan'.
Additional Notes
- Cancelling a Professional plan subscription will downgrade your team to the free Starter plan at the end of your current billing period.
- You will have access to all Professional plan features until the end of the current billing period.
- To downgrade from the Organization or Enterprise plan, you must contact the Figma support team.
- Any seats you add before your plan is downgraded will be prorated and reflected on your last invoice.
