Surfshark VPN gives no option to turn off auto renewal with a button, instead you have to open up a ticket with them or hope you connect to their chat support. Very predatory and anti-consumer, they prey on people who will give up looking for the option to cancel.

Over 20 popup notifications per day warning me that the subscription will end soon. Uninstalled Surfshark - cancelled subscription.

The funny thing is that I was on AUTO-RENEWAL !!! So yeah, you lost a customer because you got overboard with your bloody reminders to stay a customer. ​
