- You can cancel automatic credit‑card or electronic funds transfer billing by logging into your online account and disabling Auto‑Pay.
Reactivating Your Account
- If the account is suspended for non‑payment, it can be reactivated within 59 days by paying the outstanding balance and a reactivation fee of $5 for a single‑line or $15 for multi‑line accounts.
- After 60 days of suspension the account is cancelled and cannot be reactivated; a new account must be opened.
