How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1Click on your Workspace avatar in the upper-left corner.
- 2Select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu.
- 3In the settings sidebar, click on 'Billing'.
- 4Click on 'Downgrade or Cancel plan'.
- 5Follow the final prompts to confirm your request.
Additional Notes
- You must be a Workspace owner or admin to downgrade or cancel a plan.
- When you downgrade, your Workspace will switch to the new plan at the end of your current billing cycle.
- All your data will remain in the Workspace and can be accessed if you upgrade again.

Don't use ClickUp - they will bill you even after you cancel
I've attached the email that I received. I tried to cancel a year ago, received the same email and they didn't allow me to cancel and now they've charged me again. Also, there is no way to downgrade the product on their billing page - screenshots attached. The worst company to deal with - always ref
