How to Cancel — Step by Step

  1. 1Log in to your account on brilliant.org.
  2. 2Go to "Subscription Settings".
  3. 3Click "Cancel Subscription".
  4. 4Alternatively, you can email your cancellation request to support@brilliant.org at least one business day prior to the end of your subscription term.

Billed Through a Third Party?

  • If you purchased through the Apple App Store, open Settings on your device, tap your name, then go to Subscriptions. Select Brilliant and then "Cancel Subscription". Refunds must be requested through Apple.
  • If you purchased through the Google Play Store, open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, go to "Payments & Subscriptions" and then "Subscriptions". Select Brilliant and then "Cancel Subscription". Refunds must be requested through Google Play.

Reactivating Your Account

  • To reactivate a deactivated account, you can email support@brilliant.org.

Additional Notes

  • Canceling your subscription will prevent future charges, and you will retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Deactivating or deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription; you must cancel the subscription first to avoid future charges.
  • You must submit your cancellation request at least one business day prior to the end of your current subscription term to avoid being charged for the next period.
