How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1Ensure you are on the team associated with the subscription you want to cancel.
- 2From your dashboard, click your profile avatar in the top-right corner and select 'Admin console'.
- 3Click 'Billing' on the left sidebar.
- 4In the 'Billing actions' section, click 'Cancel subscription'.
- 5Follow the prompts in the dialog box to confirm the cancellation.
Reactivating Your Account
- You can reactivate your subscription before the end of the current paid period.
- To reactivate, go to the 'Admin console', click 'Billing', and under 'Plan details', click 'Reactivate subscription'.
Additional Notes
- Only Team Admins, Company Admins, or Billing Admins can cancel a subscription.
- After cancellation, you will still have access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
- When the subscription expires, all Miro boards become locked in view-only mode but are not deleted.
- All team admins will receive an email notification confirming the cancellation.
