How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1For YouTube TV subscribers: Visit tv.youtube.com from a desktop web browser and sign in with your Google account.
- 2Click your profile image in the upper-right corner, then click 'Settings'.
- 3Scroll to the 'Memberships' heading and find your NFL Sunday Ticket subscription.
- 4Click 'Manage', then next to your next billing date, click 'Cancel'.
- 5Click 'Yes, Cancel' to confirm — you will receive a confirmation email.
- 6For YouTube Primetime Channels subscribers: Go to youtube.com from a mobile or desktop browser (NOT the app) and sign in.
- 7Tap/click your profile picture, then 'Purchases and memberships'.
- 8Under 'Memberships', find NFL Sunday Ticket and tap 'Manage membership'.
- 9Next to your next billing date, tap 'Cancel', provide optional feedback, and tap 'Confirm cancellation'.
Billed Through a Third Party?
- NFL Sunday Ticket is exclusively available through YouTube TV (as an add-on) and YouTube Primetime Channels — there are no other third-party billing platforms.
- If you received NFL Sunday Ticket through a Verizon promotion, the subscription is managed through YouTube but the promotional credit comes through Verizon — contact Verizon to understand how cancellation affects your promotional benefit.
- YouTube TV base subscription ($72.99/month) must be managed separately from the NFL Sunday Ticket add-on — canceling Sunday Ticket does not cancel your YouTube TV subscription.
- You cannot cancel from the YouTube TV app or YouTube app — you must use a web browser.
Reactivating Your Account
- NFL Sunday Ticket is a seasonal product — you can purchase it again when the new NFL season packages become available (typically February/March).
