How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1On the ClassPass website, click on your initial on the right-hand side of the page and select 'Account'.
- 2Navigate to the 'Settings' page from the menu on the left.
- 3Click the red 'Cancel your membership' link.
- 4Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation request.
- 5On the ClassPass app, tap 'Profile' on the bottom right of your screen.
- 6Select 'Settings'.
- 7Under 'Billing', select the 'Cancel my membership' link.
- 8Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation request.
Additional Notes
- To ensure you aren't charged, it is recommended that you submit your cancellation request 48 hours before your renewal date.
- After a cancellation request is made you'll receive a cancellation confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, your request was not received.
- Trial cancellations are immediate and will result in the loss of credits and the cancellation of all scheduled classes.
