How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1Log in to your CookUnity account at cookunity.com.
- 2Click your Account icon (the circle with your initials) in the bottom-left corner of the Home Page.
- 3Select 'Settings' from the menu.
- 4Scroll down to find the 'Cancel Subscription' option.
- 5Click 'Cancel Subscription' to open the cancellation flow.
- 6Select a reason for your cancellation from the provided options.
- 7Click 'Cancel my subscription' to confirm — you'll receive a confirmation email.
- 8For mobile: Open the CookUnity app, tap 'Account' from the bottom menu, tap 'Account Settings', scroll down and tap 'Cancel Subscription', select a reason, check the confirmation box, and tap 'Cancel my subscription'.
Billed Through a Third Party?
- CookUnity subscriptions are managed directly through CookUnity — there are no third-party billing platforms (no Apple/Google in-app purchases).
- If you used a gift card or promotional credit, remaining credits may be forfeited upon cancellation depending on the terms.
- Payment is processed through your credit or debit card on file with CookUnity directly.
Reactivating Your Account
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your CookUnity account and selecting a new plan.
- Your account information, delivery address, and meal preferences are preserved after cancellation.
- Previous order history remains accessible in your account after reactivation.
- New subscriber promotions (e.g., 50% off first week) may not apply to returning customers.
