How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1For active memberships: Visit app.WHOOP.com, navigate to the Membership section, click 'Cancel Your Membership' (or 'Cancel'), and follow the on-screen prompts.
- 2For free trials: Open the WHOOP app, go to the 'More' tab, select 'My Account' > 'Membership', and follow the in-app cancellation flow to initiate a return. Download the provided return label or QR code and mail the device within 7-14 days to avoid charges.
- 3For non-activated memberships (device delivered but not activated): Visit orderstatus.whoop.com, enter order details, select 'View/Manage My Order', and click 'Cancel my Order' to follow return instructions.
Billed Through a Third Party?
- If you subscribed through a third-party platform such as Apple or Google, you will need to cancel your membership through that provider.
Additional Notes
- Cancellation typically becomes effective at the end of your current commitment period or billing cycle, and WHOOP does not provide prorated refunds for any unused portion of the membership term.
- You will retain access to your WHOOP membership benefits until the end of your current billing period.
- After the membership officially ends, WHOOP will stop collecting and analyzing your biometric data.
- If you have a paused membership, you will need to resume it before you can cancel.

Whoop Life Subscription
Has anyone registered for the “free” Whoop offer yet? Looks like their Life subscription should be completely covered by the chase offer of $359/year. Wondering is this is something worth chasing if I already have wearable technology, such as an Apple watch. Personally don’t think I need the headach
