How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1Sign in to your MyFrontier account (via the app or website) and navigate to the Billing section
- 2Select “Get help with your bill” or contact Customer Service at 1-855-958-5444 to request service cancellation and confirm the disconnect date
- 3Return any rented equipment within 30 days using a QR code at a UPS Store or a prepaid return mailer; keep the receipt as proof of return
Billed Through a Third Party?
- Payments can be made by check, money order, or third‑party; processing may take 7‑10 business days
Reactivating Your Account
- Pay any outstanding balance on the disconnected account
- Place a new service order (if the account has been disconnected >30 days) or chat with support for accounts disconnected ≤30 days
- Provide a refundable service deposit if required and take advantage of any re‑activation offers
Additional Notes
- Service remains active until the scheduled disconnect date; you can use the service up to 12:01 AM on that day
- Equipment (including power cords) must be returned within 30 days; failure to do so triggers an Unreturned Equipment Fee of up to $500 per device
