How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1For subscriptions started on the Strava website: Log in to your account, click your profile picture, then navigate to Settings > My Account > Cancel subscription and complete the process.
- 2For subscriptions started on an Android device: Open the Strava app, tap the 'You' tab, then the gear icon for settings. Tap 'Your Strava Subscription' > 'Manage Your Subscription', which will direct you to the Google Play Store to manage the cancellation.
- 3For subscriptions started on an iOS device: Open the Strava app, tap the 'You' tab, then the gear icon for settings. Tap 'Your Strava Subscription' > 'Manage Your Subscription', which will redirect you to your Apple subscriptions to manage the cancellation.
Billed Through a Third Party?
- If you subscribed through the Android app, you must cancel your subscription via Google Play.
- If you subscribed through the iOS app, you must cancel your subscription via your Apple subscriptions in your iPhone settings.
Additional Notes
- You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
- After canceling, you will retain access to subscription features until the end of your current billing period.
- Canceling your subscription will not delete any of your past activities or data.
