How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1To cancel via Oura on the Web: Log in to the Membership Hub (oura-ring.com/my-account or cloud.ouraring.com), navigate to 'Manage membership' or 'Cancel membership', and confirm your choice.
- 2To cancel via iOS (if subscribed through Apple App Store): Go to your iPhone's Settings, tap your Apple ID (your name), select 'Subscriptions', find and tap Oura, then tap 'Cancel Subscription' and confirm.
- 3To cancel via Android (if subscribed through Google Play Store): Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, select 'Payments & subscriptions' then 'Subscriptions', find and select Oura, then tap 'Cancel subscription' and follow the on-screen instructions.
Billed Through a Third Party?
- If your Oura Membership was purchased via the Apple App Store, cancellation must be managed directly through your Apple ID Subscriptions settings. Oura cannot cancel these subscriptions for you.
- If your Oura Membership was purchased via Google Play, cancellation must be managed directly through your Google Play Subscriptions settings. Oura cannot cancel these subscriptions for you.
Reactivating Your Account
- You can renew a canceled Oura Membership after the end of your current billing cycle.
- If you cancel but do not delete your Oura account, your data and account information will remain securely saved, and upon re-enrollment, your data will be immediately accessible again.
- There is no option to 'pause' an Oura Membership.
Additional Notes
- Cancellation of your Oura Membership takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain full access to membership features until that time.
- Deleting the Oura App from your device does not cancel your membership or subscription.
- If you choose not to continue your Oura Membership, your Oura Ring and Oura App will still function, but the insights, personal health data, and benefits will be significantly limited.
- If you choose to delete your Oura account, both your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted, and your Oura Membership will be automatically canceled.
- It is recommended to cancel your membership at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
