How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1If you subscribed through the Lose It! website: Go to my.loseit.com from a web browser.
- 2Sign in with your email and password, or use Sign in with Apple.
- 3Click 'Purchases' on the left-hand sidebar.
- 4Click 'Cancel Subscription' and follow any on-screen instructions to confirm.
Billed Through a Third Party?
- Apple App Store: If you purchased through Apple, your subscription is managed by Apple.
- Google Play Store: If you purchased through Google Play, your subscription is managed by Google.
Additional Notes
- You must cancel your Lose It! Premium subscription through the platform where you originally purchased it (Lose It! website, Apple App Store, or Google Play Store).
- Canceling your subscription will stop future billing, but you will typically retain Premium features until the end of your current billing period or trial.
- To cancel an Apple App Store subscription: Open iOS 'Settings' > Tap your name > 'Subscriptions' > Find 'Lose It!' > 'Cancel Subscription'.
- To cancel a Google Play Store subscription: Open the 'Google Play Store' app > Tap your profile icon > 'Payments & subscriptions' > 'Subscriptions' > Find 'Lose It!' > 'Cancel subscription'.
