How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1Open the Vault menu in the top-left of the web app and select 'Subscription'.
- 2On the 'Subscription' page, select 'Cancel your subscription' in the right panel.
- 3Follow the on-screen steps to confirm the cancellation.
- 4If you are eligible for a refund, select 'Request refund' in the right panel after completing the cancellation.
- 5On the next page, select 'Confirm request'.
Billed Through a Third Party?
- If you paid through the Google Play or Apple App stores, you must cancel your subscription through those respective stores.
- If you paid with PayPal, you need to cancel the automatic payment directly in your PayPal account.
Additional Notes
- When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period, but auto-renewal will be turned off.
- After your subscription ends, your data is saved, but you can only log in to export your passwords. You cannot add, edit, or view them within Dashlane.
- If you purchased your subscription on the Dashlane website with a credit card, you can cancel directly in the web app.
