How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1Call T-Mobile Customer Service at 1-877-746-0909 or by dialing 611 from a T-Mobile phone.
- 2Follow the prompts and state that you wish to cancel your Home Internet service.
- 3Provide your account information to the representative to verify your identity.
- 4Confirm the cancellation request with the representative. Cancellations cannot be completed online.
- 5After canceling, you must return the T-Mobile Internet Gateway. You will receive a prepaid shipping label by email to mail the equipment back.
- 6Alternatively, the Gateway can be returned to a T-Mobile retail store.
Additional Notes
- The T-Mobile Gateway device must be returned within 30-45 days to avoid a non-return fee of up to $370.
- Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
