How to Cancel — Step by Step

  1. 1Log in to your Account Settings via Evernote Web.
  2. 2Select 'Billing' from the left-hand side menu.
  3. 3Next to 'Your plan', select 'Manage' (for Starter or Advanced plans) or 'Cancel subscription' (for Personal or Professional plans).
  4. 4At the bottom of the page, select 'Cancel plan' or 'Cancel subscription'.
  5. 5Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Cancel and lose all benefits' or 'Continue to cancel'.
  6. 6Provide a reason for canceling the subscription (if prompted).
  7. 7Click the 'Cancel subscription' button to confirm.
  8. 8If you have more than one device connected, you may need to disconnect all devices except one, then click 'Disconnect and cancel plan'.

Additional Notes
