How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1Go to mlb.com and log in with your MLB.com account credentials.
- 2Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
- 3Select 'Manage Subscriptions' from the dropdown menu.
- 4Locate your MLB.TV subscription in the list.
- 5Click 'Cancel Automatic Renewal' or 'Cancel Subscription'.
- 6Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation.
- 7Check your email for a cancellation confirmation message.
- 8If you subscribed through a third-party platform (Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku), you must cancel through that platform instead (see third-party billing below).

- Apple: Open Settings, tap your Apple ID, select 'Subscriptions', find MLB.TV, and tap 'Cancel Subscription'.
- Google Play: Open the Play Store app, tap your profile, go to 'Payments & subscriptions' then 'Subscriptions', find MLB.TV, and cancel.

Reactivating Your Account
