How to Cancel — Step by Step

  1. 1Go to My Account and select "Subscription".
  2. 2At the bottom of the screen, select "Cancel".
  3. 3If signed up through Roku, cancel directly through your Roku account.

Billed Through a Third Party?

  • Subscriptions through Roku must be managed directly with Roku Customer Service, as Fubo does not have access to billing information for these accounts.

Reactivating Your Account

  • If your account is canceled, options to reactivate your subscription will be available when you log in.

Additional Notes

  • Your current paid subscription will continue through the end of your current billing cycle.
  • If you cancel a free trial signed up on Fubo's website, your subscription terminates immediately and you lose access.
  • If you cancel a free trial signed up through Roku, your subscription terminates at the end of the free trial.
  • If your account is set to cancel, the Account Information page will show the date and time of termination.

Have Fubo services on annual subscription for few years now. As I did not need it any more **I cancelled my subscription in July by going to their web site**. Despite to that they charged me 199.99CAD late August (at the end of my billing cycle). Called them few days later and Customer Rep agreed to
