How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1Open the Future Pro App and log in.
- 2Tap the profile icon in the bottom right corner.
- 3Tap the Gear icon in the top right corner to go to Settings.
- 4Select 'Your Account', then choose 'Update Membership'.
- 5Tap 'Cancel Membership' and follow the prompts.
- 6Complete a short cancellation survey.
Reactivating Your Account
- Your account history is saved, and you can rejoin anytime.
- You cannot access workouts or messages and programming while your membership is cancelled.
Additional Notes
- A confirmation email will be sent once your cancellation is processed.
- You can choose to pause your membership for 1 or 2 months instead of canceling.
