How to Cancel — Step by Step
- 1Click the Me (profile) icon at the top of the LinkedIn homepage and select “Premium features” from the dropdown.
- 2In the Premium admin area, click “Manage subscription” under Plan Details, then choose “Purchases” and select your active subscription.
- 3Click “Cancel subscription” under Actions, then confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Billed Through a Third Party?
- If the subscription was purchased via the Apple App Store, cancel it through the iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions or directly in the LinkedIn mobile app on an Apple device.
- If the subscription was purchased via Google Play Store, cancel it through the Google Play Store app or website, or via the LinkedIn mobile app on an Android device.
Reactivating Your Account
- Open the Me icon, go to Settings & Privacy, scroll to Subscriptions & payments and click “Upgrade for Free”.
- Follow the prompts to select a plan and reactivate the Premium subscription.
Additional Notes
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you will retain Premium features until that date.
- To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least one day before the scheduled billing date.
- Unused InMail credits and other premium benefits are not refunded after cancellation.
